The story of Anaperitivo begins with The Syrup Company, where the three founders, Patrik, Roberto, and Frederik came together with the mission to help bars and restaurants create unique taste experiences for their customers by offering the industry new and innovative flavours. Familiar ingredients and flavours are combined with balanced and unique infusions of teas and herbs, giving the final product a familiar, yet unexpected twist. After having worked with over 130 bars and restaurants, we learned that there was one flavor that was missing: A sophisticated, elegant, and non-alcoholic option for the adult customer. Inspired by the Nordic school of thought for food innovation and the historic Italian tradition of Aperitifs, Anaperitivo was born.
