ISSUP holds an annual event, bringing together members and non-members from the field of substance use prevention and treatment. The first ISSUP event was held in Bangkok, Thailand in July 2015, where ISSUP was launched.

7th December onwards: Ten concurrent Training workshops ranging from 3-5 days each

- Enhance the networking of professionals working in the field of drug demand reduction through an International Society.

What is ISSUP?
The International Society of Substance Use Prevention and Treatment Professionals (ISSUP) is a global, not for profit, non-government organisation to support the development of a professional prevention and treatment workforce and to serve as a focal point for information about substance use prevention and treatment.
ISSUP’s contribution is informed by science and research, promoting evidence based, high quality and ethical approaches and practice to substance use prevention and treatment.
