USA and COVID-19: States Improve Alcohol Availability Rules

Three states Virginia, New York and Arkansas in the USA have improved their alcohol availability rules to help curb the spread of COVID-19.
Virginia has imposed a 10:00 PM curfew for serving alcohol on-trade, with bars and restaurants having to close at 12:00 midnight. New York has implemented a 10:00 PM curfew for restaurants and bars that hold a liquor license.
